What you'll do

  • Master our story: MTFs, platform development, ongoing maintenance, and how Catalyst makes speed without compromise possible
  • Identify and research prospects within our target industries; build focused account lists with the right stakeholders
  • Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls to book qualified meetings
  • Collaborate with the revenue team to refine outreach strategies and increase meeting volume
  • Drive deals forward to close (operations handles pricing and scoping; you maintain momentum and manage follow-ups)
  • Keep the CRM pristine: log activities, notes, and next steps; share weekly pipeline updates

What we're looking for

  • 13 years in outbound business development, preferably in services or tech
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to research markets and identify ideal customer profiles
  • Disciplined and detail-oriented with excellent CRM hygiene
  • Persistent, organised, and comfortable with hitting weekly activity and meeting targets

Bonus points

  • Experience selling services into specific verticals
  • Familiarity with proposals, statements of work, or similar documents
