Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of the IT and digital solutions sales lifecycle. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the sales process, from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure, across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, discovery, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
• Identify and engage with decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, CTOs, and senior stakeholders
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for AI-driven solutions, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation initiatives
• Drive business development efforts across international markets, including the United States, United Kingdom, and MENA region
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations aligned with client requirements
• Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Monitor pipeline performance, conversion metrics, and revenue targets
• Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT, Software, or Technology services industry (mandatory)
• Demonstrated experience in selling digital solutions, SaaS, or technology services (mandatory)
• Strong professional network with decision-makers and senior stakeholders (mandatory)
• Experience in international sales (United States, United Kingdom, or MENA markets preferred)
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales lifecycle
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Immediate availability to join
