Business Development Executive | Client Engagement

Considering a career switch but don't want to start completely from zero

We're looking for individuals with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, recruitment, banking, property, telesales or other client-facing industries to join our Sales & Marketing team.

Many skills developed in previous roles - communication, relationship building, customer service and problem solving - are transferable to business development.

Training will be provided for the role and industry.

Key Responsibilities

. Represent established brands through face-to-face customer engagement

. Build rapport with customers

. Identify customer requirements

. Present products and services

. Handle enquiries and objections

. Develop customer relationship and communication skills

. Participate in roadshows, events and marketing campaigns

. Attend training and coaching sessions

. Work towards individual and team objectives

. Contribute to team activities and campaigns

Requirements

. Full-time availability

. Previous customer-facing experience preferred

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

. Mature and professional attitude

. Willingness to learn a new industry

. Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

. Able to work independently and within a team

Salary & Benefits

. Monthly salary: $2,000 - $4,000+, depending on experience, performance and overall compensation structure
