Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Business development Executive to support and manage our network
of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) engaged in mutual fund & other wealth distribution. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational flow, resolving service issues, and
delivering tech-enabled support to enhance partner experience and thus ensuring business
outcomes by activating our existing DSA's.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary Relationship Manager for DSAs distributing mutual funds.
- Provide tech-enabled assistance for transaction processing, reporting, and compliance-related
activities.
- Proactively resolve service-related queries to ensure uninterrupted DSA operations.
- Conduct training sessions for DSAs on digital tools, mutual fund platforms, and workflow
optimisation.
- Coordinating & activating DSA's and lesioning with internal teams to handle escalations and
provide timely updates.
- Monitor DSA performance and deliver data-driven insights to help improve productivity and
mutual fund or wealth business of the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mutual fund operations, client servicing, or financial product
distribution.
OR
- Fresher, graduated from the BBI stream
- Solid understanding of mutual fund processes, platforms, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyse performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM platforms, and reporting systems.
Budget: upto 4 LPA + Incentives
