Industry Experience- KPO - Accounting Preferred.
Software Knowledge - Zoho or any other CRM
Job Location - Ambli,Ahmedabad
Shift Timing - Male -6:00 PM to 3:30 AM (Night Shift),
Female - 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM
Job Description:
- Ability to Generate leads through cold calling.
- Prior Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn, Cold Calling, etc.
- Follow up on existing leads on a regular basis via email and calling.
- Expert in lead processing and closure
- Pre-qualify leads generated by Exhibition, events, e-mail campaign, and other marketing initiatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead conversion and funnel status.
- Should have exposure and have worked for US region
- Must have good negotiation & convincing skills
- Working experience with CRM Tools.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent English Communication
- International Market Exposure preferably in KPO Accounting Industry
- Any bachelor's degree with relevant experience
- Confident, Extrovert, Energetic
- Handle international client calls and emails.
