Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide students through the enrollment process and help them choose the right career path. This role involves student counseling, lead handling, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and working professionals about courses and programs.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and inquiries. Understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance. Follow up with potential students to ensure conversions. Maintain accurate records and achieve assigned targets.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in admission counseling / education sales is preferred

Ability to work independently and meet targets Comfortable with work-from-home and office-based setup
