We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong exposure to the Cable TV, Broadband, ISP, or Telecom industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent field sales and business development experience along with strong market knowledge of Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Cable TV and Broadband market
Build strong relationships with local cable operators, distributors, channel partners, and business associates
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and drive business conversions
Expand regional market presence and increase revenue opportunities
Handle client relationship management and ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements
Coordinate with internal operations and technical teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
Maintain sales reports, lead trackers, and revenue performance updates
Candidate Requirements
3+ years of experience in Broadband, ISP, Cable TV, Telecom, FTTH, or related industry
Strong field sales and business development experience
Existing network with LCOs/MSOs/channel partners is preferred
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Chennai market exposure is highly preferred
Tamil communication is mandatory
