Position:
- Business Development Manager (BDM)
- Business Development Executive (BDE)
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Salon Industry as a Sales Professional.
- Candidates with experience in professional hair care, salon products, cosmetics, or beauty industry sales will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with salons and distributors.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Promote company products and services in the assigned territory.
- Conduct salon visits and provide product knowledge/support to clients.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing team for brand growth.
- Ensure timely payment collection and order execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of salon and professional hair care industry.
- Ability to handle client relationships and business expansion.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Qualification:
- Graduate preferred.
- Good command over Hindi, English, and regional language will be an added advantage.
