Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in the Pune Division. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, managing client accounts, and fostering effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The role entails collaborating with a diverse set of clients, understanding their real estate needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with their goals. Regular updates, presentations, and networking are part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation with the ability to identify and engage prospective clients.
- Strong skills in Business acumen and Account Management to maintain client relationships and drive satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address client needs and deliver tailored real estate solutions.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends, and a passion for property consultancy is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM and business development tools is advantageous.
