CRM Management & Reporting: Maintaining accurate activity records, sales pipeline, and performance metrics within CRM systems.
Building Long-Term Relationships: Establishing trust and ensuring repeat business through ongoing communication and support.
Upselling & Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services relevant to clients technology stack.

Qualifications
