Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Real Estate / Properties)

Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to promote and sell properties. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets through effective marketing and relationship management.

Roles:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market
  • Promote properties to prospective clients
  • Generate leads through field marketing, references, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales processing
  • Maintain regular follow-up with potential buyers and investors
  • Support branding and promotional activities of the company
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and direct meetings
  • Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documents to clients
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain customer database records
  • Negotiate deals and close sales professionally
  • Arrange and participate in property exhibitions, campaigns, and promotional events
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and after-sales support
  • Update management on sales performance and lead status
  • Coordinate with marketing team for advertisements and promotional materials
  • Maintain professional communication with clients at all times
  • Travel for client meetings and property visits when required

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree

Experience : 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing preferred
