Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will spearhead our lead-generation efforts on freelancer portals (Freelancer.com, Fiverr, Upwork). Your mission: identify, engage, and qualify high-value prospects seeking our IT services, helping Injoria scale revenue and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
Scout and evaluate project postings on Freelancer.com, Fiverr, Upwork, and similar platforms.
Craft tailored proposals and pitches that highlight Injoria's unique value proposition.
Qualification & Follow-Up
Screen incoming inquiries to assess project scope, budget, and timeline.
Nurture relationships through timely follow-up messages and calls.
Pipeline Management
Update and maintain CRM records with lead status, interactions, and next steps.
Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
Market Research & Reporting
Monitor emerging trends and competitor offerings on freelancer portals.
Provide weekly reports on lead volume, conversion rates, and top-performing channels.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 13 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT services.
Platform Savvy: Proven track record of sourcing and winning projects on Freelancer.com, Fiverr, Upwork, or equivalent.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills; ability to draft persuasive proposals.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
