Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage target delegates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms
- Communicate event value propositions clearly and confidently to senior professionals
- Achieve daily and monthly confirmation targets
- Maintain accurate delegate data and follow-up records
- Build and nurture professional relationships with industry stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality delegate attendance
- Handle objections and convert leads into confirmed delegates
- Ensure timely follow-ups and confirmations before events
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence while speaking to CXOs, Directors, and senior managers
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Punctual, disciplined, and professional approach to work
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, email)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility
- Graduate / Postgraduate (Any stream)
- Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
- Experience in delegate acquisition, B2B sales, tele-calling, events, or corporate sales is an added advantage
