Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients across relevant industries.
  • Assist in generating and qualifying leads through multiple channels.
  • Support the sales team in outreach via emails, calls, and social media.
  • Pitch and sell digital marketing and communication services (SMS, WhatsApp, Email, IVR/OBD, Social Media, and Performance Marketing).
  • Help maintain and update CRM databases to ensure accurate client and lead information.
  • Participate in client meetings and assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Draft follow-up communications and ensure timely client engagement.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
  • Provide administrative and reporting support as needed.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or telecom services).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (pursuing or completed).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools and sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior internship or project experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
