Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – US IT Staffing

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Bring new direct clients and implementation partners for US IT Staffing business.
- Generate daily requirements across various technologies and domains.
- Market and place bench consultants on W2, C2C, and 1099 opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and hiring managers.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with clients and vendors.
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely submissions and placements.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Meet monthly and quarterly business and revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of requirements and consultants.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in US IT Staffing Business Development.
- Proven track record of acquiring clients and generating requirements.
- Strong experience in bench sales and consultant marketing.
- Existing network of direct clients and implementation partners preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and account management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS, and US staffing processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and increase business opportunities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
