What You'll Do

- Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
- Understand client requirements and pitch tailored IT solutions.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report on key performance metrics.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B IT sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of software development services, web technologies, or digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- A proactive, hunter mindset with a passion for technology.
