• 3–5 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or online bidding.
• Proven experience with Upwork, Fiverr, and international client acquisition.
• Strong skills in B2B sales, lead generation, proposal writing, and negotiation.
• Good understanding of web and mobile development services.
• Excellent English communication and client-handling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to generate business and achieve revenue targets.

Interview Process: Initial HR screening online, followed by a face-to-face interview at our Mohali office. (No virtual interview)
