We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Indore (2 Positions)
Shree Chlorates is looking for dynamic and driven professionals to join our Technical Sales team in the water treatment and chemical trading segment.
Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Indore
Experience: 3–6 years (B2B / Technical Sales preferred)
What You'll Do:
• Drive sales in water treatment (cooling water, RO, ETP/STP) & trading chemicals
• Visit industrial sites, understand requirements & provide technical solutions
• Generate new business and manage the complete sales cycle
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants & plant teams
• Prepare and present technical & commercial proposals
What We're Looking For:
• Background in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Science (preferred)
• Strong understanding of water treatment applications
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Willingness for extensive fieldwork & client visits
Compensation:
• CTC: 4 LPA (Fixed + Variable)
• Incentives: Linked to order value of contracts you close
