We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, manage customer relationships, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead generation through cold calling, emails, and networking.
• Conduct market research to identify new customers.
• Handle client meetings, product presentations, and quotations.
• Convert leads into customers through regular follow-ups.
• Manage existing customer accounts and maintain long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Maintain sales reports, CRM, and customer database.
• Track customer orders, payments, and deliveries.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of Business Development/Sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
