About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales and lead generation, preferably within the SaaS industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and driving business growth through multiple outreach channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify and qualify potential SaaS and technology clients.
- Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a high-quality prospect database.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
Sales Pipeline Management
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Track sales activities and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Drive prospects through the sales funnel and support deal closure.
Multi-Channel Outreach
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach and relationship-building activities.
- Execute personalized cold email campaigns.
- Submit proposals through platforms such as Upwork and other relevant channels.
- Manage follow-up sequences and nurture prospects effectively.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with SaaS founders and business decision-makers.
- Understand client challenges, goals, and business requirements.
- Present tailored solutions and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Support account growth and identify upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- SaaS industry experience is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to understand technology products and SaaS solutions.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Email Outreach, and Upwork for business development.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
