Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting outreach campaigns, and booking meetings with decision-makers in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Apollo, email campaigns, and online research.
• Identify freight forwarders, NVOCCs, customs brokers, and 3PL companies globally.
• Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the management team.
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
• Build and manage prospect databases.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
• Support sales and business development activities.
• Research market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in lead generation, sales, or business development preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Apollo, CRM systems, and email outreach tools is an advantage.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Basic understanding of logistics or freight forwarding is a plus.
