Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – CASA Sales

Company: Equitas Small Finance Bank

Department: Retail Banking – Liability Sales

Job Overview:

We are looking for motivated sales professionals to acquire new banking customers and build strong customer relationships by promoting Current Accounts, Savings Accounts and Deposit products.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field visits, customer references and local market activities.
Acquire new customers and achieve CASA sales targets.
Explain banking products, features, charges and documentation requirements.
Support account opening and KYC documentation processes.
Maintain customer relationships and generate referrals.
Promote relevant banking and financial products based on customer needs.
Maintain daily sales reports and follow up with customers.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in CASA sales.
Knowledge of local and surrounding markets.
Good communication, negotiation and selling skills.
Comfortable with field sales, customer visits and extensive local travel.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates with experience in banking sales, liability sales, customer acquisition and savings/current account opening will be preferred.
