About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and growth-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Expansion

Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial sectors

Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, and outreach

Expand customer base through strategic engagement with OEMs, dealers, and corporate buyers

Develop new distributor and channel partnerships

Client Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients

Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions

Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction

Sales Strategy Execution

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations

Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers

Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for order execution

Market Intelligence & Reporting

Track competitor activity and industry trends

Identify high-potential market segments

Maintain CRM records and submit structured sales reports

Required Skills & Competencies

We are looking for professionals who demonstrate:

Preferred (but not mandatory):

Experience in industrial sales / bearings / mechanical components / automation / engineering products

Exposure to B2B trading environment

Understanding of supply chain or import/export operations

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in:

Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial preferred) OR

Commerce / Business Administration / Management

MBA (Marketing / Sales) will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

Freshers with strong communication skills may apply

1–4 years experience in B2B sales preferred

Industrial sales experience will be highly valued

Performance Expectations

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

Generating consistent new business leads

Converting inquiries into revenue opportunities

Supporting strategic growth initiatives

Strengthening customer engagement pipelines
