Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are hiring a Business Development Executive for an IT company. The candidate should be able to generate new international business through LinkedIn, Upwork, Cold calling or with AI agents.

Salary, Performance Salary and incentives will be offered based on target achievement. The company may also offer a project partnership opportunity to candidates with exceptional performance.

Experience: 1+ Years

Responsibilities

• Identify industries and regions for IT services outsourcing business.
• Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Experience with AI tools/engines for lead generation.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
  
  

Requirements

• BE (IT), MCA, BBA, or MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a BDE, Sales Executive, or in Sales and Marketing.
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for meeting, calling, and lead management.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude for delivering attractive presentations.
