Role Overview:-
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling end-to-end sales cycles—from lead generation to deal closure—and capable of independently driving revenue growth in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Generate and verify high-quality leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, freelancing platforms, and other channels
- Identify decision-makers and build strong sales pipelines
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and client meetings
- Handle sales negotiation professionally and confidently
- Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
- Coordinate with the technical team to align client requirements
- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions
- Identify new market opportunities and growth strategies
Required Skills & Experience:-
- Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition
- Strong skills in sales negotiation and deal closing
- Proven ability to generate and verify targeted leads
- Ability to convert both cold and warm leads into clients
- Basic IT knowledge, including understanding of AI, software development, web/mobile applications, and automation solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred:-
- Experience in selling IT services, SaaS, or AI solutions
- Experience handling B2B sales
- Exposure to international client communication
