About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have experience in Educational Sales or Inside Sales within the EdTech industry and possess excellent communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students and parents through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Counsel and guide candidates regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle inquiries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Educational Sales, Academic Counseling, or EdTech Inside Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduation preferred.
