About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, or Educational Sales and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective students and professionals through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable educational programs.
  • Counsel and guide prospects regarding courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrolment.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–5 years of experience in EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, Educational Sales, or Academic Counselling.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
