About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, or Educational Sales and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and professionals through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable educational programs.
- Counsel and guide prospects regarding courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrolment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, Educational Sales, or Academic Counselling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
