Language Requirement: Any one South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam, Marathi )

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with prior EdTech sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for driving enrollments, building relationships with students/parents, and achieving assigned revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Counsel students and parents about EdTech courses/programs
  • Handle inbound & outbound sales calls and follow-ups
  • Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly targets
  • Maintain CRM updates and track lead progress
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 13 years of relevant EdTech sales experience
  • Strong communication skills in regional language + English/Hindi
  • Proven ability to close sales and meet targets
  • Experience in tele-sales / inside sales preferred
  • Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Immediate or short notice period
  • Experience in online education / coaching sales
  • High energy, self-motivated, and customer-focused
