Job Description:We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with prior EdTech sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for driving enrollments, building relationships with students/parents, and achieving assigned revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Counsel students and parents about EdTech courses/programs
- Handle inbound & outbound sales calls and follow-ups
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain CRM updates and track lead progress
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 13 years of relevant EdTech sales experience
- Strong communication skills in regional language + English/Hindi
- Proven ability to close sales and meet targets
- Experience in tele-sales / inside sales preferred
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Preferred Candidate Profile:- Immediate or short notice period
- Experience in online education / coaching sales
- High energy, self-motivated, and customer-focused
