Role Overview :

We are looking for dynamic field sales professionals to drive business growth for our plywood and building materials division. The role involves meeting Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Carpenters, Dealers, and Distributors to generate leads, track projects, build relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Known for its quality products and strong market presence, the company serves residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial projects across the country.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct regular field visits to identify new residential and commercial projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, and Carpenters (AIDC).
  • Generate leads, track projects, and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Support dealers and distributors in demand generation and secondary sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Maintain daily visit reports, lead updates, and CRM records.
  • Support promotional activities, exhibitions, and dealer engagement programs.

Requirements :

  • 3-5 years of field sales experience in plywood, laminates, veneers, MDF, paints, tiles, hardware, adhesives, or related building materials.
  • Strong existing network with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, and Carpenters.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Graduate preferred.
  • Basic CRM and reporting knowledge.

Must Have :

  • Existing industry contacts and market knowledge. (preferred)
  • Own two-wheeler and valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Target-oriented and self-driven approach.

Locations & No. of Positions:

Please Note: This is an on-field sales role requiring extensive travel within the assigned territory. Candidates may apply for the location most convenient to them.
