About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven BDE to expand our customer base and drive business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Acquire customers for chit fund schemes

Conduct field visits, meetings, and follow-ups

Achieve sales targets consistently

Maintain relationships with existing customers

Track leads, conversions, and customer data

Coordinate with collections team for follow-ups

Requirements

Strong customer handling and closing skills

Good communication and negotiation ability

Experience in sales/business development

Additional Requirements

Two-wheeler with valid driving license

Ability to work under target pressure
