Salary: 15,000 – 25,000/month

Experience: 1–3 Years

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven BDE to expand our customer base and drive business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Acquire customers for chit fund schemes

• Conduct field visits, meetings, and follow-ups

• Achieve sales targets consistently

• Maintain relationships with existing customers

• Track leads, conversions, and customer data

• Coordinate with collections team for follow-ups

Requirements

️ Strong customer handling and closing skills

️ Good communication and negotiation ability

️ Experience in sales/business development

️ Two-wheeler with valid driving license

Ability to work under target pressure
