Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 1 – 3 Years (Freshers with strong communication can apply)
CTC: 25,000 – 30,000 per month
Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking
- Schedule and conduct client meetings
- Understand client needs and present suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Follow up on payments and client feedback
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and convincing ability
- Good presentation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)
