Job Description

  • Market study and feasibility analysis for new markets in respective allotted regions / countries.
  • Building the sales funnel by generating leads via personalized outreach to potential customers.
  • Conducting cold calls, emails, and social outreach to target prospects using sales prospecting and automation tools as well as social channels (eg: LinkedIn, Apollo, etc).
  • Completing communication sequences in line with the sales process including reach-outs and prompt follow-up communication to nurture leads and prospects.
  • Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers based on the qualification framework (eg: BANT).
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and demos including the introduction of leads to their new point of contact.
  • Staying updated with product knowledge and industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements and skills/You have/are:

  • Master s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a sales development or lead generation role is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Success Metrics:

  • Achieve number of qualified meetings, leads and opportunities.
  • Generate high quality leads for salespeople.
  • Execute effective sales strategies to deliver desired outcomes.
