We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Chennai. In this role, you will help build relationships with potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support the growth of our AI-powered products and technology solutions.

You will work closely with company leadership, engage with decision-makers, and sells enterprise AI products — GdoczAI, GcrawlAI, and GRagAI — alongside custom tech solutions to enterprise clients across India, Singapore, and Malaysia. You will own the top of the sales funnel: identifying prospects, warming them up, and booking qualified meetings for the founder to close.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients in industries such as Aviation, Automotive, and BFSI.
  • Build and maintain prospect databases using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and similar platforms.
  • Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the leadership team.

Relationship Building

  • Connect with senior business leaders including CIOs, COOs, IT Heads, and Operations Leaders.
  • Understand customer challenges and introduce relevant solutions.
  • Build trust and maintain professional communication with prospects.

Marketing & Content Support

  • Support company LinkedIn activities and engagement.
  • Assist in creating business-focused content such as case studies, newsletters, and thought leadership posts.
  • Contribute ideas to improve website visibility and lead generation efforts.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zoho.
  • Monitor outreach performance and campaign results.
  • Prepare weekly updates on pipeline progress and lead generation activities.

Market Research

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Track important business events, company expansions, and growth signals.
  • Identify new industries and markets for business development efforts.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, business development, or SaaS sales.
  • Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience running outbound email or LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar systems.

Preferred

  • Experience working with technology, SaaS, AI, or enterprise software products.
  • Exposure to Aviation, Automotive, BFSI, or Enterprise IT sectors.
  • Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) concepts.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and digital marketing practices.
  • Experience creating business content for LinkedIn, blogs, or newsletters.
