We are hiring a Business Development Executive to lead Dhobi G's B2B campus expansion identifying colleges, securing meetings, building relationships with decision-makers, running outreach across LinkedIn and phone, and owning the institutional sales funnel from first contact to MoU.
This is a high-ownership, on-ground, strategy + execution role ideal for someone who's confident, persistent, and comfortable dealing with senior college officials.
This role needs someone who is a LinkedIn Hunter, a Fearless Communicator, and a Follow-Up Machine who never gives up.
Salary3.2L 4.6L CTC (Plus Performance Incentives)
What You'll Do- LinkedIn Hunter: find and message wardens, deans, directors, and owners.
- Cold-Calling Pro: get past gatekeepers and book meetings.
- Field Warrior: visit colleges, meet admins, build relationships.
- Objection Handler: confidently answer we already have laundry, too expensive, etc.
- CRM Closer: track leads, follow-ups, and next steps.
- Pipeline Driver: your goal is simple more meetings, more LoIs, more MoUs.
Requirements:- 6 months3 years of experience in sales, field outreach, institutional partnerships, or similar.
- Excellent spoken English + Tamil (Hindi bonus).
- Confident communicator especially with senior administrators.
- Strong in LinkedIn outreach + cold calling.
- Comfortable with college visits, fieldwork, and persistence-based selling.
- Emotionally strong resilient against rejections, cancellations, and slow cycles.
- Highly organized with CRM discipline.
