We're looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Executive who can own the sales journey end-to-end — from cold calling and lead generation to bringing prospects into video meetings and closing clients.

What We're Looking For

B2B or B2C sales experience

Proven experience selling a product or service

End-to-end sales experience

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong presentation and client-facing skills

Cold Calling Experience Is Highly Preferred

Smart, proactive and target-oriented approach

Experience in Civil, Manufacturing or related industries is a strong plus

What You'll Do

• Generate leads through cold calling and outreach
• Identify and qualify potential clients
• Schedule and conduct client/video meetings
• Present solutions effectively to prospects
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
