About the role
We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive B2B to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals. You'll manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with internal teams, and help grow the business. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a passion for sales are essential; EdTech experience is a plus.
- Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana
- Budget : Upto 3.5 LPA + Incentives
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands, focusing on creating valuable partnerships.
- Engage directly with founders, marketing heads, and decision-makers to understand their needs and pitch relevant solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals by generating new business opportunities.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and take ownership of the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure proposed projects are feasible and align with client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
Requirements
- Have at least 6 months - 2 years of experience in sales if it's in EdTech, that's a big plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
