About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be our frontline growth driver. This is not a support role, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure. If you love the thrill of a closed deal and want to build something meaningful in the EdTech space, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
- Identify, prospect, and qualify leads from schools, institutes, and corporate training buyers
- Own the complete sales cycle, cold outreach, product demo, negotiation, and closure
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate pipeline data and activity logs
- Set and attend appointments with key decision-makers (in-person and virtual)
- Follow up consistently on warm leads and lapsed prospects
- Work closely with the marketing team to convert inbound leads from campaigns
- Represent AtumX in a consultative manner, understand the client's need before pitching
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets and activity KPIs
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of B2B or EdTech sales experience
- Proven track record of independently closing deals
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outbound prospecting
- Hands-on CRM experience (any platform)
- High ownership mindset, you don't wait to be told what to do
- Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
- Genuine interest in education technology is a plus
What Success Looks Like
Within 90 days, you are consistently hitting monthly targets, maintaining an active CRM pipeline, and closing deals independently with minimal supervision.
