Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients directly, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales.

The candidate should be proactive, target-driven, confident in presenting solutions, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and market mapping
  • Schedule and conduct in-person client meetings and presentations
  • Conduct product demonstrations (Product Demo)
  • Understand customer business requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
  • Update daily activities, meetings, demos, and sales pipeline in CRM
  • Collect and document client feedback during demo and post-discussion
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 13 years of experience in field sales / business development
  • Experience in software / ERP / B2B sales is an added advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to confidently conduct product demos
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
