We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients directly, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales.
The candidate should be proactive, target-driven, confident in presenting solutions, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and market mapping
- Schedule and conduct in-person client meetings and presentations
- Conduct product demonstrations (Product Demo)
- Understand customer business requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
- Update daily activities, meetings, demos, and sales pipeline in CRM
- Collect and document client feedback during demo and post-discussion
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 13 years of experience in field sales / business development
- Experience in software / ERP / B2B sales is an added advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to confidently conduct product demos
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
