Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls for Metal Mandi, connect with customers, share product details, generate leads, and support basic sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain Metal Mandis products and services.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer queries.
- Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and update daily call reports.
- Share pricing, product availability, and order-related information as required.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Hindi must; basic English preferred).
- Ability to persuade and handle customer conversations confidently.
- Basic knowledge of calling, lead generation, or telecalling (preferred).
- Strong follow-up and record-keeping skills.
