Business Development Executive (SaaS Sales) – AskTalos

  • Location: Remote for first 3 months ,afterwards Pune (On-site)
  • Experience: 2–4 Years
  • CTC: ₹6 – ₹10 LPA Fixed ( + Performance Incentives)
  • Working Days: Monday – Saturday
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview

We're looking for a Business Development Executive who wants to grow in SaaS sales and work closely with leadership on high-impact deals.

In this role, you'll get hands-on exposure to the complete sales cycle—from understanding customer problems to delivering demos and closing deals. You'll primarily work on inside sales, with occasional client meetings in Pune.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification, discovery, demos, and closures
  • Understand client business needs and position AskTalos as a solution
  • Deliver product demos and communicate value to decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Follow up via calls, emails, and meetings to drive conversions
  • Work closely with founders, marketing, and product teams
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets What We're Looking For
  • 2–4 years of experience in SaaS / B2B / Tech Sales
  • Experience in inside sales or hybrid sales roles
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle client conversations and close deals
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Pune

Good to Have

  • Experience selling SaaS, CRM, AI, or automation products
  • Exposure to working with founders, CXOs, or senior stakeholders
  • Ability to simplify and explain technical products
