Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at our bangalore and chennai locations. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining relationships with clients, managing accounts, and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders. This role involves driving business growth and serving as a key member of the team to expand the reach and impact of Artium Academy's offerings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development in sales and Lead Generation to identify and secure new opportunities.
• Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management, including maintaining and developing client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the education or music industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
