Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by generating leads, counseling students and professionals, promoting training programs, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and referrals.
- Counsel students and working professionals about training programs and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleges, and corporate partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
- Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
