Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Kolkata for a Business Development Executive and Creative Designer. Responsibilities include driving new business development, identifying and managing leads, maintaining excellent client relationships, developing creative event solutions, and handling end-to-end project execution. Collaboration with various stakeholders to design and implement innovative strategies is integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated expertise in Business strategy and growth planning.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving, organizational skills, and creativity in event planning and management.
- Relevant experience in event management, marketing, or creative design is an advantage.
