Job Description

We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Vile Parle (E), Mumbai

Salary: ₹25,000 per month + Lucrative Incentives

Experience: 0.5–2 years (Freshers Welcome)

Type: Full-time, On-site

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM or 11 AM – 8 PM

Note: This is not a remote position. Applicants must be based in Mumbai and willing to commute to Vile Parle (E).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert inbound digital leads from multiple business verticals:
  • Dealership Prospects
  • Private Label Manufacturing
  • Corporate Gifting
  • HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes)
  • Export Private Label Enquiries
  • Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
  • Follow up with prospects, prepare proposals, and close deals
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate lead data
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Accounts, Marketing) for order fulfillment
  • Conduct market and competitor research and share insights with management
  • Represent Ambriona at D2C and B2B events
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Candidate Profile

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi)
  • Strong relationship management and follow-up abilities
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Meet
  • Confident, outgoing, and eager to grow within a dynamic organization
