Job Summary:
We are hiring proactive and detail-oriented individuals to support after-sales operations, distributor coordination, and export client handling. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and relationship management to ensure smooth post-sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:1. After-Sales Coordination
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and replacement requests
- Ensure timely resolution of after-sales issues
- Maintain records of complaints and service actions
2. Distributor / Channel Support (General Trade)
- Coordinate with distributors for order status, stock issues, and payments
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely dispatch
- Maintain strong day-to-day communication with channel partners
3. Export Coordination (Basic Level)
- Communicate with export clients via email/WhatsApp
- Support documentation and coordination with logistics team
- Handle basic export-related queries, replacements, and follow-ups
4. Order & Payment Follow-ups
- Track dispatched orders and ensure delivery confirmation
- Follow up with distributors/clients for payments
- Escalate delays or issues to senior team
5. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain Excel records for orders, complaints, and client interactions
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on status and issues
- Update CRM or internal tracking systems
Eligibility Criteria:Education:
- Graduate in any field (BBA / B.Com preferred)
Experience:
- 03 years (Freshers with good communication can apply)
- Experience in sales coordination / customer support is a plus
Required Skills:
- Good communication (Hindi + basic English)
- Basic knowledge of Excel and email handling
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn

Salary & Benefits:
- 25,000 30,000 (during probation)
