Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate and convert leads for website development, mobile apps, and IT services.

2. Identify new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.

3. Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.

4. Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.

5. Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly targets.

6. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

1. 23 years of experience in IT business development.

2. Strong knowledge of web and app development services.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

4. Experience with domestic and international clients is a plus.
