Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help grow our business by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business leads.
  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Follow up with prospects and close business deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in interacting with clients and presenting solutions.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
