Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Patna. The primary responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities, generating and converting leads, managing client accounts, and building strong communication channels with stakeholders. The role is focused on driving growth through strategic business initiatives, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation with the ability to identify and evaluate potential growth opportunities.
  • Experience in Business and Account Management, including creating and maintaining relationships while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Project management abilities and a results-oriented mindset are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
