About the Role:

This is not just a sales role, it's about guiding professionals toward the right learning and career decisions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

● To achieve the given revenue and sales targets of the location assigned

● Complete Ownership of Sales, Operations and Customer/Student Experience for the given location

● Responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Reporting Manager.

● Achieve & exceed the agreed targets

● Devise Sales Strategy and execute it

● Convert leads into sales from the given database

● Responsible for a Geographic territory

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

● Having a knack for sales.

● Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

● To drive student admission numbers through various channels.

● Excellent leadership, delegation, and communication skills, with a drive to meet business goals and a strong understanding of customer service.

● The candidate should have fluent oral and written English

● Should have experience in Sales and Marketing profile, with some experience in Edtech/ELearning, would be a distinct advantage

● Innovative mindset; able to come up with creative solutions and implement new ideas

● A high degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings

● Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

● Technically competent with various software programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
