Role Description Business Development Executive (Hospitality Segment)
1. Visit hotels to meet purchase managers and key decision-makers.
2. Present company samples and explain product features and benefits.
3. Promote and sell hospitality products including linen, mattresses, duvet covers, pillows, and related furnishing items.
4. Generate new leads and identify potential hotel projects.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients.
6. Negotiate orders and close sales effectively.
7. Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely order execution.
8. Manage existing accounts to secure repeat business and expand revenue.
Qualifications
1. Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
2. Experience in business strategy and account management to maintain and develop long-term client relationships.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills to confidently engage hotel owners, purchase managers, and key decision-makers.
4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
5. Proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
6. Familiarity with the hospitality, home dcor, or retail industry is a plus.
7. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a strong client portfolio.
